Who processes your data

Data collected on this site

• Contact form: name, business name, email address, phone number, plan of interest and message content. Used solely to answer your enquiry. The form is processed directly by our own server, hosted in Switzerland: no third-party provider is involved in delivering it. [If you use an external form service instead, replace this sentence with the provider's name, country of establishment and retention period.]
• Payment: when you click a payment button you are redirected to Stripe. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never have access to them. Stripe passes us the information needed for invoicing (name, company, billing address, email, amount, status).

Data processed inside the OnlyStamp service

On behalf of our merchant customers we process cardholder data: card identifier, stamp and reward history and, where the cardholder has consented, approximate location data enabling proximity notifications. This data belongs to the merchant, who is the controller; we act as processor.

Legal basis and purposes

We process this data to perform our contract (service delivery, invoicing), to answer your enquiries, and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. No data is used for advertising and no data is ever resold.

Recipients

Your data may be shared with the technical providers strictly necessary to run the service: Stripe (payments), [hosting provider], [email tool]. All are bound by confidentiality and data protection commitments.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for twenty-four months. Billing records are kept for ten years under Swiss accounting law. Service customer data is deleted thirty days after the contract ends.

Your rights

Under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@onlystamp.ch; we reply within thirty days. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
