Is there a commitment?
None at all. The monthly plan has no commitment and no minimum term: an email to contact@onlystamp.ch is enough to stop, you stop whenever you want, with no justification and no fee. The annual and two-year plans are one-off payments you choose freely to pay less.
Do my customers need to install an app?
Never. The card is added straight to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, like a train ticket or a boarding pass. No download, no account to create.
How long does setup take?
About 24 hours. We configure your program, your card design and your QR code, and you just print it and put it on your counter.
Do I need special hardware?
No. A smartphone, tablet or computer is enough. OnlyStamp is fully web-based on the merchant side too.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move from monthly to annual or two-year at any time, and the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you like.
Is my data and my customers' data protected?
Yes. Data is hosted in Switzerland and processed under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR. Your customer data belongs to you and is never resold.
