Is there a commission on my sales?
None. OnlyStamp is a flat subscription. Whether you issue 10 or 10,000 stamps a month, the price doesn't move.
Are there setup fees?
No. Configuring your program, designing your card and producing your QR code are all included.
What happens if I cancel?
On the monthly plan you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. You can export your customer data before you leave.
Are the annual and 2-year plans refundable?
They are paid in one instalment and are not refundable pro rata. If you're unsure, start monthly: you can switch later and we'll credit the current month.
How does billing work?
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your invoice is emailed automatically after payment, and at each renewal on the monthly plan.
Can I equip several shops?
